1) Dr. Anita, I don’t have time or the money to invest in myself! What do you suggest?

I wanted to offer this REboot as a starting point of your transformation; that’s why it is priced so LOW. And we can work with your schedule to find the perfect meeting time for you.

2) How long does this particular program last?

To apply what you have learned in a more consistent fashion, the 2nd coaching session must be completed within 30 days of the 1st session.


Here’s the Program in a Nutshell.

 

Step 2)

Complete Health History Questionnaire (sent via email)

Step 3)

60- Minute Private Coaching Session (Via Zoom or FaceTime)

  • We look at your current health status, your struggles, where you want to go and an action plan to reach your goals

  • Pantry/Fridge Reboot- This will be fun! We go through your pantry and fridge TOGETHER making room for the nourishing food that’s coming!

  • Grocery Shopping Playbook- I will give you access to my simple, step by step guide in how to pick out the healthy and tasty items in a TIMELY manner!

Step 4)

Homework Time!

  • Complete the action steps to achieve your goals

  • Unlimited E-mail support between sessions

30 Minute Follow Up Session

  • Call to answer questions, adjust your plan and find your next steps.
